Ex-Tipperary goalkeeper Darren Gleeson named Antrim hurling manager

Former Tipperary goalkeeper Darren Gleeson has been named as the Antrim casting director.
Two titles were gained by the Portroe club man throughout his acting career, beginning between the posts from 2016.
Throughout the 2019 year, he joined the Antrim hurling set up in a training capacity.
“Darren Gleeson has probably brought a professional approach to our setup,” Saffrons celebrity Neil McManus told Sky Sports in the start of the summer.
“We’re better prepared than we were formerly, and he’s brought his secrets out of being a former All-Ireland winner Tipperary into our changing area, and that can only be a benefit to people.”
Gleeson will be hoping to direct the Ulster county into Joe McDonagh Cup victory in 2020.
Outgoing manager Neal Pedan will become the county’s first Manager of Hurling.
Meanwhile, the soccer boss Lenny Harbison of the Saffron County was ratified for the season ahead.
