Cardinals vs. Bengals NFL Pick – Week 5
The Cincinnati Bengals play host on Sunday Day at Week 5.
After having blown off the area at Pittsburgh with a score of 27-3 the Bengals are seeking to put Monday night before. That isnt the Troy Polamalu Steelers protection of yesteryear. The Steelers are an average unit that is defensive these days, so the Bengals offense was just putrid.
Reports have suggested that A.J. Green is on transaction block, and following the look of his face on the sideline cringing in the crime, Green does not need to be there anymore. Who can blame himbut hes kept his mouth closed, at least publicly, unlike a specific wide receiver which the Patriots signed and dropped this season.
In addition to A.J. Green, the Cardinals are likely willing to listen to offers for Larry Fitzgerald. If either team gets a reasonable offer for Green and Fitzgerald, it would not make any sense to pass up this chance. Cardinals and the Bengals are currently going nowhere this year and from the time they are contenders again, Green will have lost a step and Fitz retired.
Green continues to nurse a bad ankle and will not play this week. The Bengals continue to spend the matter week-by-week, and they will need to keep them healthy for a trade when reports are accurate. Andy Dalton will need to keep firing away and expect somebody can measure up at the game. He passed for just 171 yards and an interception against the Steelers. Auden Tate led the team with 50 yards. He had been stuffed for 1-yard on 4 receptions, although they attempted to have Joe Mixon included.
The Cardinals are still trying to figure out this Kliff Kingsbury crime. Like the unit Kingsbury envisioned, the offense looked for a half against the Detroit Lions. However, its only appeared in places since then. The air bomb strike that is up-tempo hasnt been as effective compared to the Big 12. Kingsbury is currently sticking with this and not changing much, but the results have to improve. Head below to our free Cardinals vs. Bengals pick at Week 5 of the NFL.

Kyle Murray had a demanding showing from the Seattle Seahawks a week. This isnt the Legion of Boom defense and Murray had the Seahawks in his backyard in the desert. But all Murray might create was 241 passing yards and an interception. He did chip with 27 rushing yards and a score on the ground, however, the Seahawks easily held him in check. Defenses know from going off, if they could retain David Johnson the majority of their output signal is taken care of. He slowed down out of his prime, although the area cans stretch.
The Cardinals enter Week 5 averaging 18.5 points per match 25th in the NFL. Thats a far cry from what Kingsbury is used to. The Red Raiders often scored over 40 points a game. Since the defense was bad, they had to. Patrick Mahomes still lose ball games and would place dropping numbers up. Kingsbury doesnt have Mahomes in Arizona.
This crime would seem a great deal better, when he did. Murray has to be better as he continues to develop. Hes pitched 4 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. His greatest strength is his ability if he scrambles, along with other than 69 yards against the Panthers, defenses have zeroed in on him. They should be able to contain a crime whove been out of sorts in this new scheme while the Bengals do not have a defense by any other means. The Cardinals are 32nd in sacks. They are the only group in the NFL that have allowed 20 sacks. Since they have surrendered 19 sacks, not that the Bengals have been better.
The Cardinals are out of forms offensively and the Bengals are a mess. Without A.J. on the area, there actually is nothing going on for them. Dalton isnt the best quarterback, but hes zero goals without his No. 1 target healthy. No Green has made him look worse, as hes struggled to consistently work with a receiving center that was young. Dalton has passed 5 touchdowns and 4 interceptions with 61.4% completions. Neither defense is great, but the total looks way too high with Cardinals and the Bengals offense on the area. I suspect a 24-21 or 26-20 match, so the UNDER looks like the play in Cincinnati.
